Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola


Start your journey with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola via Arughat, passing terraced fields and riverside villages. Overnight in Soti Khola.

Day 2: Trek to Machha Khola


Begin trekking along forested trails, crossing several suspension bridges and small waterfalls. Reach Machha Khola after 6–7 hours of trekking.

Day 3: Trek to Jagat


Continue along the Budi Gandaki River, with some uphill and downhill walks. Enter the Manaslu Conservation Area at Jagat, a stone-paved village.

Day 4: Trek to Deng


Pass through lush forests and traditional villages. The trail begins to reveal Tibetan influence as you ascend toward Deng, a small settlement.

Day 5: Trek to Namrung


A beautiful day of trekking through pine forests and mani walls. Namrung offers stunning views of Ganesh Himal and is a cultural gateway to upper Manaslu.

Day 6: Trek to Samagaon


Head deeper into the Himalayas, reaching Samagaon, a large Tibetan village beneath Mt. Manaslu. Explore gompas and learn about local customs.

Day 7: Hike to Manaslu Base Camp (4,800 m) and return to Samagaon


Begin early for a challenging but rewarding hike to Manaslu Base Camp. Enjoy dramatic views of the glacier and towering Manaslu before descending back.

Day 8: Trek to Deng or Namrung (Descending Route)


Begin your return journey via the same trail, spending the night either in Namrung or Deng depending on your pace.

Day 9: Trek to Machha Khola


Continue descending through the villages you passed on the way up, appreciating the changing perspective and natural beauty.

Day 10: Trek to Soti Khola and Drive to Kathmandu


Finish your trek in Soti Khola and take a drive back to Kathmandu, bringing your unforgettable Himalayan adventure to a close.
